Sally brings forty years’ direct marketing experience, with a focus on designing communications programs which help drive and complement business strategies. Companies and nonprofit organizations, which require frequent specialized communications, benefit from Sally’s multi-faceted approach. Stepped rewards programs, for example, provide opportunities for frequent interactions; live events strengthen relationships between customers and sales, while building rapport with company staff. A tested, well-managed, on-going communications program not only successfully targets potential clients or donors, but also upgrades the high-value customer, and enhances customer service by providing good mechanisms for feedback. Hex5 delivers writing and campaign design, social media administration, data capture, testing, and management, feedback surveys, as well as project management and supervision. Sally currently serves on the executive board of the ATL Symphony Musicians Foundation, a non-profit organization which produces community outreach concerts and fundraising events in the city of Atlanta.
